We understand that things come up and appointments need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Read our Paw Policies for more information on cancellations. 

Every dog is different depending on size, coat condition, and temperament. Because our grooming process includes thorough pre-brushing, bathing, drying, and coat preparation, we ask clients to allow several hours for the appointment window. This allows us to complete each groom carefully without rushing and ensures every pet receives the attention they deserve. Our grooming process focuses on thoroughly cleaning and preparing the coat before styling. Proper bathing, conditioning, and coat preparation are essential for achieving the best grooming results.  For pets visiting us for the first time, we may take a little extra time to get to know your dog and ensure they feel comfortable in the grooming environment.

Yes, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all pets that we groom. This helps to protect the health and safety of all pets in our salon.

We operate by appointment only and do not offer same-day appointments.

As your pet loves you very much, they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you, which is not safe while we are grooming. It is best to drop off your pet at the scheduled time and return when the groom is finished. Parents are able to stay in waiting area if they don't feel comfortable leaving their pet. We also offer express grooms for a fee of $35.00. 

We offer a variety of pet grooming services including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning.

Includes Bath, Blueberry Facial, Blow-Dry, Brush-Out, Nail Trim/Buffed, and Ear Cleaning. Also includes a Bandanna, Cologne or Perfume spritz. 

All pets are weighed on the first visit and puppies are weighed periodically as they go through different life stages.  Please look at out price list under canine services for dogs. 

Paw Avenue Pet Grooming previously offered online booking through the Gingr for Pet Parents app and hopes to make this option available again in the future. When available, clients can download the free “Gingr for Pet Parents” mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and use Paw Avenue’s facility code 375851 to schedule appointments.

Micro bubble baths are a modern and innovative approach to bathing your dog. They involve using specially designed equipment that generates a dense concentration of tiny, oxygen-rich bubbles in the water. These bubbles are so small that they can penetrate deep into your dog’s fur and skin, providing a gentle and thorough cleaning experience.  The cost of the  Micro bubble bath will cost more than a regular bath. The cost will be more inline with a full groom due to the TIME  it takes to complete the bath.
